Buffalo scrotun will grant your male 3, or 4 if lucky, cubs in next breeding.

Lion scrotum has a 25% chance your females mutation will pass, this rolls for each cub.

Penny royal has a chance your male can produce a primal variant.

Red cock makes your entire litter male.

So yes, it would give you a higher chance, but not by much. I can't remember correctly, but I am pretty sure the lion scrotum will roll first, then the Penny, then a natural mutation or vice versa (can't remember ^.^;) So if no mutations roll with the lion scrotum it will go down the line.

In the worst case scenario you could wind up with no mutation.

The only mutation related items you can't use together are the cows and lion meat (i think there is another that cancels out, can't remember) because they cancel each other out. But the OP's items would be fine.

The penny gives a chance of them getting a variant and the lion scrote gives them a 25% chance at another dwarf. It isn't a gurantee, but they are compatible.
