.: Personality :.
Anu is an easy-going soul. She goes along with the waves and is pretty chill with a variety of things. She has nothing against cats and treats them with the same respect she would towards a dog; the opposite of some dogs that still hate felines. She does have something in common with them, and that is being seen as more dominant. She enjoys being an aristocrat, it gives her the sense of being at the center of attention. Though she enjoys it, she stays humble and doesn't brag about it. When it comes to obedience and learning Anubis shifts into a more appropriate attitude. She becomes serious and narrow-minded; wanting to do it in the most correct way possible. Her thoughts on the matter will not change and she would be determined to do it until she was satisfied, making others define her as a stubborn dog.
The she-dog loves competition, and will often challenge other dogs in different criterias; wether it be in speed, endurance, or just hunting. She doesn't assert as much dominance like the other members, but she can be stern and show hints of aggression if someone tests her authority, and only if it's necessary. Her patience would be considered high for most, but even she could lose her temper. When this happens she becomes snappy and advises most to stay out of her way and don't bother her. If she does manage to snap at someone without reasoning she hopes that they wouldn't take it personally and would later apologise once she has cooled down and her mood passed away. Her tolerance for misbehavior and rudeness is zero and she is willing to put a dog or cat in their place if that's whats needed. She hates seeing the others being bullied and will stick up for them most of the time.
.: Appearance :.
Anubis is stands at about 26 inches tall and in total weighs 45 pounds. Her silhouette would be considered lithe. Even though she has a supple body, it doesn't mean she isn't powerful. She is capable of defending herself along with helping to hunt. She is a modernized hunting dog that has the agility and grace of a deer. Her erect ears help with her listening skills and benifits her to pin point what ever she is going after. Adding onto her exeptional hearing is her dark tinted pink nose. She is able to sniff out her target with precision. Her legs are long and narrow, allowing her to move quickly within a short amount of time. Adding to her swift movements is her broad chest. This helps Anu significantly if she is running for a long period of time. Her endurance and speed come hand in hand; making her a lean and mean hunting machine.
Anu's coat is mostly short, but has some tuffs of slightly elongated fur around her neck. Her tail would be where her fur is the longest. Her fur is smooth and is somewhat seen as exceptional grooming for a hunting dog. The pattern on her coat is at random, covering half of her face and before cutting off under her jaw line and then resumes to run down her shoulder and onto her back. The colors of the hound is a typical red and white themed, but it gives her a unique appearance to some dogs. Though the red and white theme is common in her breed, her coat is a more deeper red and would be described a flaming fire whenever she is zooming passed the undergrowth and trees. She owns striking amber eyes that glisten with energy at almost anytime of the day. This energy is fierce and abundant, making Anubis seem like a a hyperactive dog when kept inside with nothing to do.

.: Roleplay Example :.
(A peice from another roleplay that has been written but not posted)
The she-dog slowly opened her eyes. She had been restless all night, making her now tired. Alas she must wake up in order to teach her students today. She heaved her lithe body off of the soft cushion she had slept on. I gotta..get up.. She thought, feeling her long legs wanting to buckle and fall back down to the cushion so she may sleep some more. She gave a long yawn, along with a high pictched noise before closing her jaws shut. She gave her coat a quick shake before Anu strolled off with a pep in her step. Her walking was slow, but held an elegant look, much like a deer trotting across the forest. Once she left the room, she felt the sun's rays on her fur from a nearby window. It felt warm and nice, giving Anubis a sudden burst of energy she normally carried. It was as if the sun lifted her tiredness off her shoulders so she may be free to roam and run.
In reality, the sun just woke Anu up from what she thought was her being sleep deprived. Her stroll was now a stide as she quickened her pace down the hallway. Gotta get to class! She thought with excitment as she turned the corner. It wasn't long before the hound had made her way to the class. When she entered she noticed how everyone was chatting amongst themselves. She felt excited to start off the day with a group of dogs that seemed to be awake. She trotted over to the front of the room before sitting down. "Alrighty kiddos, that's enough chit-chat. Class is startin so pay attention." she barked out loud enough for everyone in the room to hear her. It was quite obvious now that she was becoming serious, so when she still heard chatting she became stern. "I said enough." she barked, this time it held more of a harsher tone that held authority.
Her erect ears twitched, No one's speaking...good. "Better. Alright kiddos, follow me. We are going outside today and we will be working on our endurance." she spoke as she got up, waisting no time on awaiting for her students to catch up with her. In this class the students will need to learn to keep up the pace if they wanna pass the class Anubis taught. She had made her way outside, her students straggling behind her as they attempt to keep up with the hound. " Com' on Kiddos! We don't got all day ya know? This is the perfect time of day to exersice your lungs. So lets no be waisting any minute of it." she said with a light tone that held enthusiasm. When everyone caught up she began to place everyone in groups of four, this way it was easier to manage as look over them rather than look out for every single individual.
