[ CLOUDSTAR ]
It was a nice day. The chill of leaf-fall, biting enough to hint that leafbare was waiting not too far off, was still present in the air but it seemed that the sun had decided to come out of hiding today and so a warm light shone down on SkyClan camp in between gusts of wind. The Clan's leader lay atop a pile of stone near the fresh kill pile soaking in the sun's rays as the babble of activity milled about her and she hummed softly, content to just watch what was going on around her since there seemed to be no pressing matters that needed her attention. A little sunbathing always felt lovely, anyway.

[ NIMBLERUSH ]
A lanky, dark frame huddled nearby the fresh kill pile and Nimblerush's ruby red eyes darted over the collection of birds, squirrels, and other forest dwelling critters that made up the pile of prey before him, trying to pick out something for breakfast. The tom's tail lashed idly behind him while he looked over his options and he seemed caught between a blackbird and a rather plump mouse.

He excitedly ran out of the apprentice den, knowing there were things to do. He looked around the clearing only to find a few cats out. He spotted his mentor Cloudstar. He looked slightly over at the medicine den, knowing his destiny was suppose to be a warrior, yet something called him there. the tom didn't know why, but he headed down to the river to go get a drink. He crouched down and carefully lapped up the water.

Echoshine
Echoshine laid on the ground in the middle of the camp, basking in the only warmth the she could find outside with the cool breeze. Her long white fur blew in the direction of the wind, letting some of the cool air touch Echoshine's skin. She groaned softly at the cool wind. Once this one burst of wind died down her eyes popped open and scanned the camp. Her leader laying on the rocks, not really giving her any interest in speaking to her. Then her eyes spotted Nimblerush near the fresh kill pile, not giving her any interest either. The she cat groaned in boredom, dramatically collapsing on her side and closer her eyes.

Nightghost

Nightghost dragged his paws as he slipped into camp from an earlish hunting excursion, his green gaze whisping around the clearing. He dropped his catch, a sparrow, a slim squirrel, and a fat rat, on the pile, paying no mind to Nimblerush, before padding away, his head tilted back. There wasnt much to do today, other than hunt and patrol, so he decided he might just cause a little trouble.

Stormpaw

The apprentice hadnt woken up until a few moments ago, and he dragged himself out of his nest, licking the braken off of his fluffy coat. He paused to stare out of the cave, his ears tilted up to listen to the sounds of the clan moving around. He hoped Echoshine wouldnt be too upset that he had woken up late. He quickly padded out of the apprentice's cave, and looked around for his mentor, his gaze sheepish.

Kenny

The young rogue slowly slid one paw in front of the other, his bright coat glaringly obvious in the weeds. He eyed the mouse a few pawhops away, holding his breath as he watched it nibble at the seeds it had dug up. He wasnt nearly as good at hunting as he wished, and often went without meals after his owner had died. Especially since he had a collar with a bell. Most prey heard it. But this one seemed to be old and deaf, so perhaps he'd get lucky?

He finished drinking the water and saw Stormpaw. The young apprentice ran over to the other one. "Good Morning!" He said cheerfully. "How did you sleep?" He asked, purring softly, his tail swaying behind him happily.

Echoshine
Echoshine looked up hearing Heartpaw's excited voice. Her eyes drifted to the voice, seeing her own apprentice with him. Woke up late? The she cat couldn't blame Stormpaw thought for getting more time to sleep. Her shook once more at the cool breeze and lifted herself up, shaking the dust from her pelt.

Stormpaw

Stormpaw's gaze flicked to the other apprentice that ran up to him, and flicked the dust the other tom had flung when he ran, off of his pelt. "I slept fine." That was a lie. "How did you sleep?" He asked, before his gaze flicked towards his mentor, when she stood. He returned his gaze to the other tom, his movements stiff, before he began working on stretching out his tense muscles and listening to his clan-mate.

She padded slowly over to the two of them. "Good morning Heartpaw and Stormpaw, now tell me apprentice," she said with a hint of malice teasing in her voice. She flicked her ear with her tail. "What made you sleep in so late, did you stay up last night doing something?" she asked sitting down next to him and curled her white tail over her paws.
