To earn sb, make sure to play the games everyday. That should give you a start. You can also sell high priced food items that are 10sb+ (or even 7sb +) each one. For instance, I have x2 Wildebeest Carcass (45 SB) I can sell in a bulk, meaning they're 22.5 SB each. You can also sell off things you don't think you need, although you might want to be careful.

For your high fertility lioness, a lot of people don't care about NCLs. At all. Especially since she's not in heat. People only really buy NCLs when they need a bundle of lionesses to breed to to pass on mutations or markings, or if they have a CRB on them. Right now, NCLs are pretty at first, since you're new, but once you get more used to it, you realize how much potential studs and a lot of markings and bases are, and move on from there.

I always sell all excess food to monkey business, and make around 800+ silver beetles on a daily basis. Make sure you set timers and send your females out every 30 mins to utilize as many of their hunts as possible!

Selling lions isn't a very steady source of income tbh. It often takes a few days for my lions (often special based, good stats, and nice marked ones too!) so NCL lionesses are unlikely to sell quickly.

Playing Serengeti shuffle daily and selling the prizes for sb or gb helps too. Best of luck :)
