Somnia gave a contented yawn her crimson dyed fangs glinted in the small rays of sun that filtered into her den, stretching her long flight appendages the queen stood and allowed her tail to swish behind her.

Extending her large neck her skull looked around hoping that one of her tribe members where nearby, striding from her den the female have a low roar hoping to gain attention.

Hearing a sudden but familiar roar. with a slight smile he heads in that direction and slowly moves into a gallop. running toward the sound of an agrivated Queen. reaching her he stops and dips into a low bow. when he rises his breath gets caught in his throat at the sight of the striking dragoness before him. he averts his eyes from hers out of respect for her ranking

Somnia gave a small curt nod to the beast before her, his own onyx scales refecting the beauty of hers. Ruby eyes scanned the male looking for any sign of hidden aggression.

"Greetings guridian" she spoke softly but with an air of elegance and dominance.

Shade nodded shortly back before walking to her side. "greetings my Queen, what is planned for today?" his voice was gruff but also held the tone of someone in high ranking. while he waits for an answer his tail silently taps the floor

Somnia looked to the dragon by her side his voice was gruff and rather soothing to the queen.

"Hunting and patrol I think is in order" she said a small smile forming at the corners of her mouth.
"I shall accompany you on patrol if that is permitted" she said her large skull dipping.

"of course my queen" shade replies, smiling back. as they start to walk he says, "how are the warriors? i have not heard from them in a while? is everything ok?"

After hearing the queens roar Eclipse woke up and shook off the bad dream he had. he took the silver band around his arm, marking him as a mid ranking warrior and walked out of his cave, picking up speed and took off. as he was flying around cheking the borders he caught a wiff of a strange smell.

i flew into the tribe center and instantly go to the shade of the trees and just sit three eyes chasing the small patches of sunlight dancing on the ground with my feet looking like a hatchling again forgetting about the possible dangers in the world

Shade sees the Tribe medic by the trees and walks over, hoping to talk to her about the state of the warriors.

"no, i haven't though i did see Eclipse over by the border. So i guess they are dong fine." I smiled back.

Lunar twists into a dive towards her den, wind whipping across her scales. The sun reflects off several brilliantly-colored flecks of yellow scale; the effect would be blinding if all Lunar's scales were of the same type. She lands, trailing her wings to decrease momentum, and spots a few dragons immediately: the medic, another ShadowTribe dragon named Shade, and some other dragons she didn't know as well scattered across the camp. She shrank down and hurried into her den, away from the eyes of her tribe, where they wouldn't see the bones of her father, collected and arranged in a little pool of water to honor his fall.

Shade sees the hybrid dragoness swoop down and practically run to her den. curious, he follows and stops at the entrance of the den calling out politley,"Lunar? are you ok?"

Lunar turns to face the entrance of her den; clearly her descent hadn't gone unnoticed. She turns in a circle, looking for a way to hide the pool of bones, finding nothing that can be of use. Finally she hurries to the entrance of her den, hoping Shade doesn't ask to come in. The dragon's question was polite enough, but Lunar knew from experience that dragons could be vicious. "Yes, I'm fine," she says quickly. "Just a little tired." She tries to hide her panic, masking her face with a calm, collected expression. It takes a bit of concentration to get her scales to stop blending into the cave, but she manages it.
