I used to be admin of a Clan centered entirely around the hoard-- it was supposed to be open to the public, take-an-item-leave-an-item, etc. but with that came the problem that the hoard was empty most of the time, it was impossible to enforce the take-an-item-leave-an-item rule, and people were constantly taking the raffle items (black stallions, apps, etc.) and leaving low-value items in return. It was so frustrating that the hoard ended up being closed and the Clan oriented more to raffles. I've done the same with a Clan I'm more invested in (as admin/leader since the original leader left/is on hiatus) due to numerous issues involving this same thing. While I'd absolutely love to open the hoard to Clan members, I can't because of all the expensive items that will undoubtedly end up appearing in the trade center with no repayment of any kind to the Clan itself. This needs to be a thing.

(Also I'd prefer a second hoard of sorts that would be open to Clan members; that way when items are donated they can be easily sorted between the hoards. As for the option of selecting items in one hoard that can be taken, would items automatically default to being accessible by admins/clan leader only or would they default to being taken by anyone?)
