As someone who as answered/mentored new players in the past, I've found they often don't realise, or don't feel the need, to look at the FAQs to answer their question; this now means they wouldn't have the immediate link to the help board to ask questions - if for example they don't know it exists yet.
So most questions are asked in Chat Box, there are clearly people there who may be able to answer their question.

I'm suggesting a link be added, just below the 'chat rules & terms' link, which takes you straight to the game help board; so then new, or older, players and quickly post their question. (example below)

Edit - now that the chat rules link has been moved, there are now two options on where a link to the help board could be placed: between the chat box header and the switch chat dropdown, or as I prefer for it to be placed either below or parallel to the new location.
