I've recently finished an adoptable base ´u`
It comes with a bunch of patterns/markings and I will probably add horn, fur and personality variations in the future.

The charms on the bracelet show information about the adoptable :O
Horn colour, Body colour, Eye colour, Extra colour (For markings, but not used in the sample).
The last 4 charms are used to show which marking the adoptable has.
