I was planning on a new king and had a name I had used in the past (on my other account. I am currently on my side to do some breeding and hunting) but it is taken by another inactive user. I don't remember if it was lion names of inactive accounts were sometimes deleted after so long (unless I am remembering something wrong) Is that the case? And if so, how long does it take for that happen? I really want to have my new king named this name because he retires in two days, which is the reason I am asking instead of waiting to see. (To give an idea of inactive, the account was suspended from what it says at the top and hasn't been touched since last year.)  0 players like this post! Like? |

Accounts are never deleted, but innactive accounts do lose their lion's name after a year of being innactive, and from then on that name can be used by another account's lion. When this happens, that account won't appear anymore in searches, and neither will the "unnamed" lion. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I knew I remembered seeing accounts without lion names in the past on the search! Thank you for the answer! I will be sure to keep an eye out for if the lion name is taken down so I can try and snatch it up again. 0 players like this post! Like? |

There was an updated recently, so now the innactive accounts don't cluster searches :D You could actually see when that player was last around, and see how much time it'd take for them to be innactive for you to be able to use the desired name. If it's more than the time you have until retirement, then it might be a good idea to seek other possible names  0 players like this post! Like? |

The name will be available on the 21, so may be able to just roll over on this account and play for those few days before my main is retired. My king will retire in two days at 15, but I could wait the extra 11 days and then log onto here to play for eight days before going back to the main when it is available. 0 players like this post!
