I'm trying to create a second account, though whenever I send the email for activation it doesn't appear anywhere, not even in my junk mail. I've sent it about a dozen times on different days, i've waited more than ten minutes for it to come, and it just hasn't.

Hello Matimba,

Send an email to Lioden by clicking on the Contact Us link on the bottom of the page, select I Can't Activate My Account as a reason your contacting them.

Explain that you cannot activate your account because you are not receiving your activation emails. Be sure to include the accounts name and ID number.

After sending the email, an administrator will manually activate your account for you.
