Probably all of us use the Giving Tree. It is where we can get free cubs and adolescents as well as it is the place our abandoned cubs go to. However, I have to ask: do you use the Giving Tree for getting new items? Do you ever find good items there and do you ever have a thought that perhaps you’d like to leave some items there?

Well, I think the answer to all of these questions is obvious. I think that the Giving Tree system works perfectly for cubs but the item system doesn’t work at all. There’s mostly just some food and feathers which appear perhaps once per day if at all and that’s it.

My first offer of improvement is that in order to reveal what lays underneath the Giving Tree, you must first leave at least one item from your hoard.

My second idea is slightly different: in order to take something from the Giving Tree, you must leave something, but what you take from the Giving Tree is unknown to you. You might say “But Mantra! That’d be like the cubs function!” Well, no. You won’t be able to choose the type of item, unlike the cubs, where you can choose both gender and the more of less age. If the moderators would be so kind, they could also place a daily special item that either is only obtainable underneath the Giving Tree or is simply hard to obtain. That way, everyone would be willing to give as much as take from the Giving Tree and not only cubs.

I hope you will think about my idea. Feel free to leave your thoughts about it here.

No. I disagree 100% with this. You know how much junk would pile up?!?
