Personality: The lone wolf type. He tends to feel like he is unwanted or doesn't belong. His father had played a lot with his pet and said pet gave birth to him. He loves both humans and Vampires but he is unsure if he is allowed to do such a thing. He often pushes back his own feelings to do whatever he needs to do, trying to be the perfect son and win approval by everyone.
Wears: He wears regal clothes, often in blacks, whites, or navy blues and every once in a while, reds. When he decides to get away from everything, He simply dresses in black trousers and a white shirt.
Pet: When he was young, he was given a pet Human for his birthday. A male named Jasper with red hair and emerald eyes. He mostly plays games with Jasper and treats him more like a friend than a pet.

Looks -
Quite short, being around 4'3 with somewhat pale skin. Its silver hair is short at the back of his head, though grows longer as it reaches the front, which covers about half of its left eye. The tips of his hair, though its mostly silver, is black. Going by its name, he has cerulean eyes, which then turn a dull blue when in need of blood.

Personality -
Usually silent and reserved with others, and playful sometimes, though always tries to be someone else just for the reputation of his family. Cerulean thinks of pure-blooded vampires, half-bloods, and humans all equal. Even though he acts with proper manners in the Kingdom, he's actually quite talented, which they don't let him show inside the Kingdom.

Wears -
He usually wears a black cloak when going out into the wilderness, but wears a royal cloak instead, that was made to his liking, which is white with a cerulean symbol, that stands for the royal family. Though, underneath both cloaks, it has a dual daggers at both sides of his hip.

Pet -
A male human, called Nixon, had been gifted to him when he was much younger, like a toddler. Nix was a bit taller than him, and still is, and had short, but messy, black hair with a fair skin tone, along with light freckles and chocolate brown eyes.

Backstory
While he wasn't truly meant to be born, he was anyways. His father, Nikoli, who is a pure-blooded vampire King, had an affair with another woman. A female human. It was a few months after the event when the truth spilled. It was like a disease. It spread to every half-blood and pure-blood in the Kingdom. Though, by the time the entire Kingdom knew, Cerulean had been already born. Since the true Queen and King had no heir to pass the Kingdom to, and even though the Queen disliked the idea and Cerulean's mother didn't approve of her child being taken away from her, Cerulean was the next in line to be King. But then, they realized that the child had no gender. And yet they still let him be the heir. He was handed over to the Queen and King at a young age, not yet a toddler. Now that he's older, and has Nixon for company, he does know about him being a half-blood and yet being royalty. But he doesn't mind.

Looks: Rather tall at 6'5'' and well built from his rather rigorous training. He keeps his brown and blonde hair long, ending just below his shoulders. Often it is tied back to keep it out of his way. He sports a close cut beard, mainly brown but again like his hair flecked with blond. His eyes are a light icy blue ringed with indigo. When he gets famished his eyes turn a dark purple. His skin is on the paler side, though not a deathly shade.
Personality: A bit hotheaded and impulsive, Bogdan has been known to get himself into trouble a lot of the time. Yet as he had grown older he has since learned to control it somewhat. He often relies on others around him, knowing that he may not always have the best ideas. Bogdan is rather social, often surrounded by others. Only when he gets rather moody does he absolutely despise being by others, then he can lash out and become dangerous to anyone near him. He really doesn't like books or other conventional forms of learning, instead he learns from experience and hands on trials.
Wears: Tries to avoid royal wear and though he does wear it when needed. Normally he is in some form of warm pants, loose shirt with a leather vest, and a thick fur cloak.
Pet: A small arctic fox named Marlene. Bogdan raised her from a newborn when he found her out alone in the mountains. Now five years later she still lives with him and behaves rather like a small dog.

Looks: Elena tends to be taller than most at 5'11'' and is a little on the thin side. Her hair is a thick mass of medium brown curls with hints of lighter color streaked throughout. Her eyes are a grey-blue ringed and flecked with a sapphire blue. Her eyes become a solid sapphire when she needs to feed. Her skin is pale though has a rosy undertone, giving her a girlish appearance.
Personality: Rather calm and soft spoken, she is a quite threat. Elena slips behind the scenes and has been known to pull secrets out of nowhere to exile or dispose of those she dislikes. Yet at the same time she is willing to give people second chances and work them. Elena's anger is a cold anger than can be even more dangerous than her bothers hotheaded personality. She is at the same time extremely sweet and sociable. She has many friends and has few enemies, often able to get close to even the nastier personalities.
Wears: Either a simple dress or pants with a tunic. Without a doubt she wears well worn leather boots and a warm woolen cloak. If needed she will dress up in nicer clothing for events.
Pet: A large Gryfalcon nearly solid white except for black speckling along his wings and back. Elena hatched Pip from an egg and the falcon is extremely loyal to her.

Backstory: Luna was born in the northern kingdom but was taken to the Eastern kingdom by her father. Unfortunately her father passed away when she was five years old and she had to fend for herself. She travels from place to place but she always stays in the eastern kingdom and with her companion, Fang, by her side, she sees no need to talk to the other vampires.
