The human form and wolf form go together. Just your human form and wolf for are seperate people. You and your wolf can not have the same name. Yall have the same mate, but for the human slot, put your mates human name. For the wolfs mate slot, put your mates wolf's name. For appearance you can use a picture, But PLEASE put where you found.
