Q: Why isn't a custom decor available for purchase?
A: Custom decors unavailable for purchase from the custom decor list are either retired, annual, or raffle exclusive. You can check the Drac decor masterpost for the current status of all decors.

Q: Where can I obtain a custom decor that is unavailable?
A: Retired custom decors can only be purchased from other players who own a copy of the decor, annual custom decors can only be purchased during specific months/time periods, and raffle exclusive custom decors can only be won from clan raffles. There are also special occasions where unavailable decors can be gained in other ways, such as clan December gifting. In addition to site-wide options, be sure to check out the clan marketplace to see if any of these decors may be up for sale or trade.

Q: May I simply buy an unavailable custom decor directly?
A: No, you may not. Unavailable decors can only be gained via the methods above; Drac cannot be bribed to sell you an unavailable custom decor. This is in the frequently asked questions for a reason.
