The Derps down below are "free game" when it comes to breeding.
All that is needed is that you agree on a stud price with
the owner of the Derp you wish to breed with,
and you both have to send me 75sb.
Breeding your own two Derps? Send me 100sb.
Sounds simple enough, right?
