I personally don't like the base, I don't think it flows well. BUT, I do think it deserves a different name, what about Amethyst? It has more of a stone and gem feel than it does an evening sky-like feel. I did not support this but it has some good potential. :)  0 players like this post! Like? |

It looks a little bland to me, like a regular NCL cream base with a purplish marking. If it were to be "evening"-themed, I'd have more reds/oranges in it and some higher contrast. ^^ 0 players like this post! Like? |

@Asher I was thinking of evenings with cloud cover, after the sun has set and it's just the weird pale greys and blues before the actual deep midnight colors come in~ Either way, the name has little to no meaning to me. I just needed something to call it when I suggested it. It is meant to be more on the bland end. I personally despise all of the over dramatic highly saturated unrealistic bases that have been released lately, and I was trying to make a more neutral themed base with smoother, less saturated colors. I do understand where you're coming from, however, so there's no hard feelings. 0 players like this post! Like? |
