That's right - you read correctly. The Xylax inspired mane. Why, you may wonder? Well, Xylax recently posted a picture of his amazing head of hair on his Tumblr, and someone sent a cheeky ask saying, " New mane when? " .. and thus, I roped my poor friend Nym/Nimriok (#155980) into this grand scheme, and she very kindly created these damned amazing mock-ups. They're just so good. They're fucken sweet. Seeing as it isn't mine to post, I won't go posting the photo Xylax put up - unless ofc he grants permission :P - but you can find it on his Insta and Tumblr if you're nosy enough. ONWARD TO THE MANE! Maybe once we get different poses this would actually look good, but on the current male lion art, it looks top heavy and the thousand yard stare yet again kills this for me. The actual mane art is super beautiful and I love it a lot. Nym did a beautiful job. But it looks SO OUT OF PLACE on the male art. I'm not going to hit 'no support' because I support the mane, just not on the current male. Sucks. Hopefully soon we'll get the new pose to help me love manes again. ): EDIT: However, I'm concerned since when someone tried to make a Xylax Clan, he asked them not to. Thanks for your input ^^; And if Xylax isn't happy with this suggestion, then we're more than happy to negate it. I've already told Nym that she has to make me Lestat themed lioness mane decor anyway, so either way, there will be pretty hair 8D 0 players like this post! Like? |
