What's up folks, I just realized that we ain't got a pretty blue base that isn't dark colored?? Mainly made this for practice/fun, I'd like to show off my mockup for a marine-themed base- Lagoon. I damn like this. Like, damn. It's bright but idk. It works. Maybe if you could do a fade blend from the legs and lower belly, kinda like how the mist marking slowly blends everything into the body, it mightn't be quite so stark..
