I've been screwing around with base ideas and I ended up coming up with this. I think a good name for it would be sooty rose, and it would be a black medium solid base or red light countershaded uncommon or rare, and a combo base.  Lineless version  Combo ideas are Ivory x blush rose Lilac x black rose dusty rose x black rose Cinnabar x orchid If you have name/combo suggestions please comment! |

Ivory x Black Rose. I like your sooty rose base version but I was thinking if you want to keep the sooty part of the name, maybe make the edges of the base image above either a bit darker or have the edges a bit of a dark colour. If the image stays like it is, I would suggest calling the base Rose instead of Sooty Rose. Support either way.  0 players like this post! I love love love the idea of an Ivory x Blush Rose (or something like Buttercream x Dusty Rose) combo, okay? I just love it. Full support. At the same time though, it would make for a GREAT Red Uncommon base, because (iirc) the red base group has zero uncommon bases. It would also be a strong candidate for a red/black rare base, because we need more rare bases as well! 0 players like this post! Like? |

i ADORE pink bases and i definitely want this in the game for, like, ten of my lions. supported. i don't think it should be a NCL exclusive, though. there's this pattern going on where they're all golden (i guess for consistency and to keep that "natural" look), so it wouldn't make sense for any red bases roaming around. a combo base / uncommon base like shadow suggested would be suuuuper cool  0 players like this post! I don't think Cinnabar x Orchid would be a great idea, since both bases are Red Light Solids, and Cinnabars are really important/useful for breeding Orchids. It would just make it a lot harder to get an Orchid 0 players like this post! Like? |
