Personality:
Kat is a very friendly and kind lioness, though she doesn't have as much patience as her ancestor did. She tries her best to be understanding and forgiving of mistakes, and often succeeds. However, once she has been burned badly by someone, she's not quick to trust them again. Much like her ancestors, though, she is always right there in the front-line trying to help others, and takes it personally when those in her pride are harmed. She has a deep, bitterness for the Ridge Pride, and it's one of the few times anyone will ever see her be aggressive. She is very strong-willed and confident, though her kindness leaves her open to be taken advantage of. Kat will pretty much trust anyone until it's proven they are untrustworthy. She also does her best to be calm headed, though sometimes she gets easily frustrated by things. She tries her best to be graceful and elegant, but she can be a little socially awkward with males, mostly when they're flirty. She has no knowledge on how to flirt, and often verbally trips over herself when she tries. Also, Katlego is extremely hesitant to become a mother, as she fears she doesn't have what it takes to be a good one.
Background:
Kat is the descendant of the First Sister, and so their hatred for the Ridge Pride was passed down to her. Often, when asked, Kat stumbles over why she hated them, but she just knows that she does. Still, she's been raised to be a kind hearted lioness who is open to others, groomed from the get go to be Queen.

Personality:
Makosa can tend to be a bit of recluse, doing his best to keep others at arms length unless otherwise needed. He isn't unfriendly, necessarily, just prefers to keep to himself. He is loyal to the pride, though, as they took him in when he was in need, and would absolutely lay his life on the line. Mak, however, can be aggressive when threatened or when his button's are pushed to mare, as he isn't the most patient male in the world. He's rather serious and maybe doesn't have the best sense of humor, and doesn't really know how to handle emotions well in general. He's not very open to others, and isn't one who trusts easy, so those he holds close are one in a few, and very rare. Loss seems to have had left permanent scar on him, leaving him a rough shell of who he was before to be honest.
Background:
Makosa is not Pride Born, in fact, he has only been there for barely a year, making him a mild outcast at times. Before this he was in another pride as the Second in Command to his brother, the King. He left after tragedy stuck so both so he could heal, and so tensions and problems wouldn't occur in the pride and disrupt the peace they had gained back. He does still occasionally miss his brother, but he has done his best to put it all behind him. He also doesn't dislike the River pride, but he understands they are the Ridge Pride's rival.

She isn't really sure what could be ahead for her, but if a Lead Cubsitter rank was created, she'd want to be bestowed that rank.
Personality:
Inaya is a very caring lion, with a very empathetic nature. She adores cubs, and takes pride in defending them from danger. She is always one to try and help others, but the female has a very fierce side as well. She's always the first to jump to the defense of someone, usually cubs, but she would put her life on the line for anyone she cares for, no matter the consequence. However, she's just a little shy and easily intimated by stronger or bigger lions. She only becomes that feisty little lioness when someone else is in danger. Inaya is a little clumsy and has a significant lack of coordination in every day life, though she's very careful with cubs, and it causes her to be a horrible hunter. She is insecure about the fact that, while she can focus enough to fight and defend cubs, she has no skill in hunting mostly do to her lack of coordination. So, if hunting comes up she will quickly retreat and avoid the whole situation entirely. This insecurity of her hunting ability has left Inaya being a little shy, and not the best at social interaction. Truthfully, Inaya also wants nothing more than to be a mother and return the gift she was give when she was taken in by one of the pride's Cubsitters, and thus her adoptive mom.
Background:
Inaya was not born into River pride necessarily, but she and her brother were orphaned cubs who were picked up and raised by a Cubsitter in the pride. She greatly admired her Adoptive Mother, believing her to be the strongest and greatest lioness in the pride since she took in two orphans. She admired the Queen too, but no one has ever had a bigger impact on her than her Mother. So, once she was old enough, she became a Cubsitter herself, though her lack of coordination helped, since it makes her a terrible hunter. She doesn't know how she feels about the Ridge pride, but if they're a threat to cubs, they're not friend of hers.

Personality:
Jal, despite being an intimidating one - he keeps giving everyone striking death-glares - is actually a laid-back lion. He just prefers to be alone at times as he keeps most things to himself, and is a rather quiet individual - but he wouldn't mind some company, and he doesn't mind if you'd strike a conversation with him. He's quite open-minded and understanding, though fiercely loyal to his current pride - which often leads him to self-confusion. He is, however, easily manipulated by those around him.

Background:
Jal and Inaya were adopted and brought into River Pride. Inaya adored their adoptive mother so much, and they've grown closer each day - and as days passed, anger and jealousy boiled in him - he felt lonely, unloved, and outcasted. He decided to run away without his sister's knowing. As he wandered off, a lion from Ridge Pride found him and saw him as a threat and attacked him - which is how he got his scars. He fainted - and as soon as he opened his eyes, he was already in a different territory - Ridge Pride's camp. The lion brought him to the King, and the King found him too young to be killed - so he took him in - said he had so much potential, and could be stronger. He got deeply manipulated by the King, and so he's devoted to Ridge Pride until now.

He wouldn’t mind being in Second in Command, but he’s happy where he’s at.
Personality:
Pan is about the softed soul anyone will ever meet, so it’s a little unusual that he is a Guard. He takes no joy in violence or causing the pain of others. However, Pandu does take pride in protecting others and keeping the pride safe, so, for him, it makes being a guard worth it. He’s extremely patient, and loves cubs, and is always one of the first guard to volunteer to help Cubsitters protect cubs. He’s very patient with them, and will let them use him as a jungle gym with a smile on his face the entire time. He isn’t a very dominant male, though is rather submissive to those around him who are in the pride, especially towards Dominant Males. Sometimes he can even lack confidence when dealing with those outside the pride, but he does his best. He’s also fairly young, so sometimes his age gets the best of him.
Background:
Pan grew up in a pride that was definitely not the River Pride. His father was extremely harsh on him for not being a Dominant male, and would often force him to spar. His father tried to force him to be the Dominant Male he just wasn’t born to be. So, when he turned two, Pandu quickly left his father’s pride, in search of a new place to live. He was found skinny and, pretty much broken, by the River Pride. He still has a hard time being a strong, confident male, but he tries. He’s not fond of the Ridge pride at all, disapproving of their violent ways.
