To the north, a tundra. To the south, a deciduous forest. Nestled between these biomes is the Wolf Pack's home. Thick conifers grow here, home to squirrels, elk, deer, moose, various migratory bird species and an abundant insect population. It is also home to grizzly bears, lynxes, and wolves. You are one such wolf, holding dominion over the most vibrant area of the forest. Long, freezing winters are dry, exempting the occasional heavy snowfall. The shorter summers are humid and rainfall is rampant. Here, you can thrive or perish.

Will you be a part of the mighty pack, proudly defending their territory, or will you be a loner on the outskirts, largely unnoticed and scavenging off the pack?


This will be a discord based roleplay for wolves!

The setting is an undisturbed coniferous forest. There are no humans here. You can join a pack or be a loner. Should you be a loner, you can try to roleplay into the pack, or remain alone. If you are a loner, act as one would, don't just annoy the pack and not travel around.

Abby (id: 98033 ) will be my helper/co-host on this! You can go to her if I'm not online, or if you just like her better heh. She'll be able to take care of any questions you may have, about what is and isn't allowed, et cetera!

Please familiarise yourself with the general rules below! I will know if you've done so.

* Please be semi-literate. Absolutely no unnecessarily simplified words (your versus ur). However, there is no need for you to spout latin words in place of the word tree, et cetera. Additionally, there is no need for you to write 5 paragraphs with every RP. Write what inspires you. But avoid one sentence answers if you can help it.

* Use the OOC chat for questions, concerns, and simple chatting!

* If fights should happen, MAKE SURE both parties consent.

*No godmodding or powerplay.

*Post a character sheet

* No unrealistic wolves (I dont want to hear about tiger-wolf hybrids, heavily experimented-on canines, powers, or purple streaked fringes) Keep it realistic for the pelt colour, eye colour, markings, et cetera. I'm okay with a brute of a generally smaller sized wolf, et cetera but nothing too outlandish. No grizzly bear sized wolves, alright?

*If you are a pup, you must be with a guardian. Yearlings will be accepted as potentially alone, but no 6 month old pup wandering around alone. Realistically, you would already be dead.

* Keep ages relative to average life span of wolves in the wild. i.e no 14 year old wolves, that just doesnt commonly happen. Around 7 is what I would consider elderly.

*Up to 4 wolves per person. If you desire more, you can apply to get more after the roleplay has started and you've proved you can handle more than 4 without sacrificing quality of roleplay. You can also start out with 1 wolf and add more as the roleplay progresses, just remember to fill out a character sheet for all of them!

Ranks:: you can req pretty much anything, exempting roles like "assassin" Or "spy". I want it to be as realistic as possible while still allowing for fun and creative roleplay.
Ranks CAN be challenged, should both parties be up for it.
Must be at least 2 years in order to claim a rank. Otherwise you can be in training or a misc. sub
