Hello!

Most of the rules apply to Private Messages, yes! For example, 18+ mature/NSFW roleplays cannot be conducted on Lioden whatsoever; which means Private Messages are bound to these rules as well.

Just for future reference, you can always submit a ticket to the Modbox if you have a rule-related question, so a Moderator may give you an accurate answer! :)
