If your hunger is less than 60%, your energy replenishes automatically by 10% every 15 minutes c: If it is less than 60%, it only goes back up by 1% every 15 minutes.

There are also many items to regain energy back. Bone Marrow in Monkey Business is 80SB and it gives you 20% energy back but only once a day.
Energy Boosts are 2GB in Oasis and gives you 100% energy back instantly.
Meat Pies have 5 uses and act as energy boosts! These are given to you on your anniversary date on LD or via players.
Grubs can give you back 10% energy and can be gained by players as well.

You go down to your den page and press edit your details (if you haven't collapsed the panel, that is) and there's a section that says avatar! You can use one of the dozens of premades ones or use one of your own! It has to be 150x150 though!

That's great! It can be pretty rough at first to gain currency and such but luckily you joined in the beginning of the month! If you don't want anything from the shops this month, it's best to gather leather beetles and sell them to others to help gain currency c:
