Plot:
You are approached by a old man, his beard snow white and his face wrinkled. He looks at you, “You, yes you. I want to talk to you. I have seen you around Juneau. I am here to ask you if you would like to help me raise and race sled dogs for the Iditarod Challenge. Are you up for it?” You nod, excited for the opportunity. You have been looking for this kind of job for a long time. The man smiled, “Good. You will be working with two other people in raising the dogs and training them. All three of you will race together and work together to help one of you win the race. Pack your things, and we’ll be off for Anchorage.” You pack your things, ready for the adventure of a lifetime.

Hello and welcome to the Iditarod Challenge Roleplay! Have you ever wanted to have a real husky as a pet? Have you ever wondered about the sled dog races in Alaska? Well, here is the biggest one of all the races in Alaska! The Iditarod Challenge takes 8-15 days to complete. The race stretches from Anchorage to Nome. This route was once used for transporting medicine and other stuff between Anchorage and Nome. It was even used for the Klondike Gold Rush! You and your team of 9 dogs will be running in this historic race. Will you win? Or will you succumb to the freezing tempetures?

Rules:
-All LioDen rules apply.
-No mature moments please. If you breed to dogs, put ‘fade to black’. It makes everybody uncomfortable
-No cursing. NO EXCUSES!
-If you have read this far, put ‘Aurora’ in the ‘Other’ section of the character sheet
-There will be strikes. If you break a rule, you will get a strike. 3 strikes and you are out.
-You are allowed 2 humans and 18 dogs. If you are active enough, I may allow you to have more. (When we get more people, I will expand the limit.)
