It completely depends on exactly which craftable items you mean. There are a lot, and they vary hugely in value. But yes, some are absolutely worth GB - Scent of Fuchsia is a particularly valuable craftable app, for example.

Probably Scent of Fuchsia (though the flowers needed for it are only available in explore in April, unless you buy from people at out of season prices). That app is valuable because of the sheer amount of items it requires. The Kimanjano vents app is still worth some GB too, as well as some of the rarest decors, though you'd probably need to check branch prices.

Tbh though, anything that is easy to find the ingredients to craft tends not to b worth must, the expensive things are those where the ingredients are rare or hard/expensive to get hold of.

With February coming up I'd definitely recommend crafting as many gem things as you can though - the Dusts (apps) usually sell the best, and maybe some of whatever gem jewellery things are new this year. Gems are easy to find in explore in their crafting month - Feb is amethyst, hematite, garnet, rhodonite, dioptase and rough ruby.
