Currently only moderators and admin can delete chat messages. I believe it should stay this way to prevent abuse. Example; Player 1 says something mean to player 2. Player 2 reports it but player 1 deletes it. A way around this could be that, even if deleted/edited, it retains it's original message for mods/admin to see.
