Once you buy the heat, and the barks, the best way to have a chance at getting a Tigon is simply to use a buffalo scrotum, which guarantees at least 3 cubs in the litter. 1st gen tigons have a 10% passing rate, whereas 2nd gen+ have only a 5% passing rate.

Hybrid mutations pass without the use of any items, so the only thing you can do is use items like Buffalo Scrotum (which guarantess 3 cubs at least) or Grain of Paradise (which guarantees 2 cubs at least) to have more cubs and cross your fingers :'D

GMO Cow and Lion Meat won't help a Tigon pass its mutation, but heighten your chances of any mutation appearing on your cubs.

It is better to use Buffalo Scrotum over Grains of Paradise as scrotum gives better chances. Other than a scrotum, there isnt anything you can do to improve the chances of tigon to pass.

Lions meats and GMO cows do not improve chances of tigon passing, only of a random mutie appearing IF tigon doesnt pass.

Nope! Only the mothers mutation can pass on - male tigon kings don't pass on their mutation - The best way is to breed a female tigon with a buffalo scrotum or grain of paradise ^^

CRB does not increase the chance of a tigon passing, nor does breeding two tigons together. The chance rolls per cub, so the only way to increase the chances is by increasing the cub amount. The chance for First Gen hybrids is 10%, while every hybrid after that will have a 5% chance to pass their mutation.
