Hopefully, this is the right thread to post this in. I'm not sure if this specific question has been answered sometime before, but I have a quick question on how breeding mutated cubs works in-game. I'm currently looking to breed a lioness of mine that has quite a few instances of piebald and primal mutations in her heritage (there are around 7 or so piebalds and about 3 or so primals in her heritage list alone) and I was wondering, if I were to breed her with a piebald or primal stud, would she have a higher chance of birthing a piebald or primal cub because of this or will the percentage stay the same no matter what? 0 players like this post! Her heritage has no impact on game play unfortunately. Pies and primals all have a 5% pass rate. You could breed her to the same variation of piebald for a 10% chance of it passing or a different variation (or primal) for a 5% chance for either to pass. 0 players like this post! Like? Amending to the above, please keep in mind that the "5% pass rate" stated for Patches, Piebalds, and Primals is only user speculation and is from data gathered by people who breed these mutations. The official pass rates that are set within code may differ. No official pass rate has ever been announced for any mutations other than hybrids. 0 players like this post! Like? |
