Tigons and leopons are the hardest to get, first gens are extremely rare and they have only a 10% (for first gens) or 5% (for later gens) as a passing rate. After those dwarfs but you need lion scrotums to pass those, which give a 25% chance. The mutation (out of all existing mutations) that is the easiest to get, male primals pass it (and female ferus). Ferus is only obtainable through ferus but all variations are able to pass classic primal, felis and smilus.
