I’m not sure of the actual percentage but unfortunately it still has a chance to fail just like a GMO cow can fail even with a high chance of a mutated cub. You guys are unfortunately probably just having bad rng luck.

I doubt staff would give exact percentages unfortunately, since they almost never have done in the past for muties and those kind of game mechanics.

I don’t think it’s supposed to be all that high though tbh, since the news post only mentions 'higher than usual' chance from a pennyroyal and both ferus parents

If there isn’t already one, you could always run an experiment of some kind to see if you could get an estimate. If you got enough players to provide data from their pennyroyal'd ferus breedings you could probably get a decent idea of a percentage, like people have done with CRBs etc in the past to guesstimate their success rate :)

yeah, I've started tracking now, but I've already gone through about 15 pennyroyals and my female ferus heats are limited lol
