RULES
BUTTERKIT SALES

1. The Sale rate for ButterKits are 5 GB or 6,000 SB per pup no less but also no more than that as far as flat sales go
2. Since ButterKits are a closed species created by me I take 1 of any 5 GB profits made and/or 1,000 of and 5,000 SB profits made; think of this as a form of tax for the resale of my creations (this rule does not apply to items; any items gained from the trade are yours to keep.
3. A general rule here is that item wise anything can be traded so long as both parties agree the trade is a fair one
4. Flat sale trades are strictly first come first serve but only for those who already have what they offer; basically while it is first come first serve, if the first person doesn't already have the funds to purchase the pup upfront this does not apply to them, and so the next person down becomes they buyer
5. When purchasing a pup from another owner please refer to rule 2 in the aspect that you'll be sending that 1 GB or 1,000 SB to me and whats left to the seller themselves (this rule does not apply to items)
6. When a pup has been purchased from another owner I will not transfer the pup over until the person selling PMs me screenshot proof that they received payment
7. All site rules apply and harassment is strictly forbidden
8. As per our three strike system anyone who breaks a rule here once gets a warning, twice gets banned from trading temporality, and the third time results in a ban from trading itself if behavior continues the result may be a ban from all things ButterPup related
9. I reserve the right to modify theses rules as I see fit

ITEM SALES

1. The seller must own the item.
2. If an item is put up for sale, then it cannot be used unless the sale is canceled.
3. Sale prices will be the same amount that they are in the shop, but can also be cheaper (sales should probably be for items you find in explore, as if you buy something then sell it for the same amount/cheaper it’s kinda not worth it)
4. Transferring is free. Note that you will not gain any money from transferring items.
5. Trading is for items. If you put up an item it can be transferred for Lioden items.
6. Buyer must have the payment ready.
7. First come first serve.
8. I reserve the right to modify these rules as I see fit.
