Ah, okay! Lionesses can be transferred as long as she isn't hunting, pregnant, on a trade cooldown, or on a cooldown after being claimed.

Go to the member's profile and click on the Send A Gift! link or enter their ID number, if you accessed the transfer page through the Trading Center. Select the lioness, if she is eligible to be transferred and press the Transfer button when you are finished.

Some members may block lion transfers to prevent other members from sending lions as gifts, so don't be alarmed if you are unable to transfer the lioness although she is eligible to do so.
