Hi! I played a while back, I'd say a year or two ago, and I've been trying to log in but haven't had any luck. I tried looking for my main lion but apparently he no longer exists. Is there an administrator I could talk to so they can look up my e-mail address? I've tried the recovery process but am not getting any e-mails. Thank you! 0 players like this post! Like? |

I don't think they remove accounts like that. If you're not logging into the game for 1 full year, your king's name is being reset so that inactive players do not use up unique king names forever. And once your king's name is reset, other players cannot see your den - so that's why! If you log into it, you will be prompted to choose a new name for your king and your profile will be visible again. :) 0 players like this post! Like? |
