Heya! You do that by visiting Explore, then battling the opponent he gave you a quest for! If you win, it will count towards your quest. For easier finding of these NPCs, you can use a Snake Scent item if you have one -- it will boost your chances of finding these enemies considerably! Glad I could help! You can get it from some mini-games, such as Serengeti Shuffle or Reptile Roundup.
