If it says a Lion doesnt exist, it means they have not logged in in over a year - so Id say it's safe to use your reserved payment for something else. If they are absent for so long, it is unlikely they're still working on your commission.

Your best bet would be to modbox this issue. Regular players don't really have any insight to help you with this type of decision.

@Mochi Just b/c the lion doesn't exist doesn't mean they deleted their accounts. LD accounts are never deleted, after a long time the main males names are wiped to save server space, but their account is still their. They simply have to respond to the email sent by the game to reset their lion's name.
It's likely the mods will tell you to use the gb and apps as you see fit, but if want a very clear ruling, with no questions or confusion over it, I'd modbox it.

They deleted their account. If you still have the payment, then you don't need to keep it for them anymore. Worst case scenario they somehow come back, 2 GB isn't a lot and can easily be made back.
