Hi! I'm a bit confused on how to get the Noctis hindquarters marking. It's in tier five, which is the same as mottled rosette so I know it's breed only, but how does one obtain it in the first place? Is it a randomly occurring mark? NCL event mark? Or what?  0 players like this post! Like? |

It is NCL event mark - will be unlocked on NCLs once tier 4 is unlocked, which is pretty soon considering the bar is at 94%! 0 players like this post! Like? |
