I've been trying to link my accounts and it's not letting me. I've tried using both the usernames and the name of the account just in case I've got the two mixed up. I've reset the password on both accounts multiple times to make sure I have the right passwords. Can anyone help?  0 players like this post! Like? |

The most common problem is that people put their player name (the one which displays everywhere on the site), rather than username (private to you, which you use just to login with). If that isn't the issue, and depending on what error message you're getting, it probably isn't a password/username mistake. I believe if you have conflicting info it won't let you link them yourself - send in a ticket to modbox and they should be able to work things out for you :) 0 players like this post! Like? |
