So today I received the message that my King turned 15 and I should choose and heir. That's cool and all, I'm already prepared, my chosen (desired might be more accurate) heir is already 1 y and 9 m old. But here is the thing, this is the first time I will be retiring my King, I'm still on my first Gen lol, and my current king is actually close to reaching level 30, so I'd like him to reach that, I know waiting till he is 16 doesn't guarantee I'll be able to do it but I'd like to have the chance to try. My question actually is this: the game asked me to choose and heir, it displayed a "Choose as heir" button on all the males in my pride, but I am worried that if I click on that button, it will automatically retire my king since I don't want that yet. How would this button work?
