Preferably young, and having only a few markings at most! Bonus if its a Rosette, especially Mottled or Noctis (All varieties!). I am willing to pay up to 100 GB pure if they really impress me (ie. fits one of the above rosette criteria). If they are male they must be young enough that a cub sex changer can be used!
