No, mutated lions can only be sex-changed as cubs, and from 3 years old even unmutated lions are no longer sex changeable! Im not sure if your lioness already has a Felis mutation, but in case she doesnt - Felis is breed only and cannot be applied! A lion must be born with Felis mutation to have it. 0 players like this post! Like? |

If she's 1 years old, then yes you can sex change. Anything after 2 years for mutated lions, cannot be :c 0 players like this post! Like? |

You can sex-change any cub with a mutation that affects both genders, but muties cannot be changed once they reach 2 years old. You can also not turn a regular lioness into a Felis, however, when it comes to your king, you can 'mutie replace' him. First, king an heir that you like the looks of, then retire him while keeping his looks for a potato Felis that you like the stats/heritage of. 0 players like this post! Like? |
