You can't "change" a lion to a felis or ferus. You can breed it though. The only primal that can be applied is default primal from what I believe. Sex changing though, you'll have to do before they're 2 years old as muties cant be sex changed once adults! So depending on the age you have a bit until you need it unless its nearing 2 years!
