Hello everyone. I forgot my first accounts password, so I ended up emailing an Admin. I got an email back requesting my birthplace and birthday. I sent the information in.. I think correctly, but have not received an email back for a few hours now. I don't mind the wait, I'm just afraid I did something wrong. Is it normal for an admin to get back to you very quickly, or does it take time? I also did not get a confirmation email after I sent in my information.
