When commissioning me, you are agreeing to all of these terms of service. Fail to follow these you will be blacklisted.[Over time you will be off of the blacklist]

You are not allowed to use the artwork you've commissioned for commercial use and use for profit. [For personal use is fine]

Do not merchandise any art you commissioned from me.

You are not allowed to ask for a refund within three months prior. I do refunds. But only for fair reasons. (i.e not fulfilling the commission deadline or in general have not been working on owed artwork..)
I will not refund if i am in near completion.

You are allowed to use the artwork anywhere you wish to desire, just please don't claim it as your own.

You must pay up front. This is to avoid possible scams and fraud. I can only hold onto slots for 48 hours. I will send a invoice if youre paying through paypal!

[ Which in these terms.. don't bug me about it every 20 minutes asking if i'm done, please be patient i have a very busy schedule.. Im an adult, i do adult stuff...] I don't accept deadlines

You are allowed to ask me for prior changes to the commission, however i will not do huge changes.
