Hi! It's me again. Because we need more purple/indigo bases and I love birds, I made this base! Intoducing... Starling! It could also be called Sturnidae after this bird's scientific family.  Lineless:  Here's an example lioness with Sunglow eyes, Matte skin, White Underfelt, Noctis Zebra and Celestial Speckles:  Its genetics would be Black Medium Countershaded Special, and any cubs born with it would have Matte skin. I have thought two possible ways this base could be gotten: 1. Craftable Applicator: This base would be applicable with a craftable applicator which could be craftable year-round. The recipe for it would be: x50 Purple Starling and x1 Calidea dregii [Opalescent] (I'm not sure about this one... but look at it, it looks really similar). 2. Raffle Base: This base could also be released through raffle lionesses! (I'd really prefer the first option though). So... what do you think? If you don't support, please answer why! Feedback is greatly appreciated! |

Honestly I love this base and this is one of the first bases I actually tend to really wan't. I like this concept and it's really annoying how I keep getting Purple Starling's but I have nothing to do with them except slap em on some lions. I think Rhodonite was a bit harsh, but right in some ways. I think the saturation is a bit high and the blending could be smoothed a bit but it’s nothing that can’t be tweaked very easily. I think it’s an awesome idea and a beautiful concept that with some very minor edits I would love to see added in to the game SupportI think some more bases like Green and Fuschia would be great. @R - Rhodonite I'm gonna tone it down a bit more but not too much because starlings are very colourful, and I agree that the blending is off, I'm gonna fix that too. Thanks for the feedback! @6snowy That's what I was thinking when I made this! If this doesn't look good as a base, I might make it into an eyecolor instead. 0 players like this post! Like? |
