will breeding a dwarf with a patches stud reduce the chances of her mutation passing? (after lion scrote ofc) Sorry I'm just confused with the whole slots thing 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 14/04/20 @ 15:41:03 by Shaeee (#82625) |

Piebald and patches studs roll before Lion Scrotums in the coding, which is why it's advised to not use a Lion Scrotum on a dwarf lioness and breed her to a stud with one of those mutations. The dwarfism mutation can still pass with the use of a Lion Scrotum to a pie/patch stud, but it's not advised. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Yes, for muties piebald does roll before lion balls, so if it was successful in passing from the stud then you could potentially miss out on a dwarf cub. That said it is a relatively small chance since piebald has a low-ish chance of passing anyway, so it's up to you what your priorities are. And obviously whether you can find another suitable stud without piebald/patches that would work instead :) 0 players like this post! Like? |
