Selling a heat from my dwarf girl who has a VLF of 1%

She will be breedable again soon but wanted to give people a chance to try and snatch up her heat.

She WILL NOT leave my den at any point.
All nesting material, toys, food, etc will be provided by me.
Breeding items used on her MUST be provided by you. I will not be in charge of increasing her chance of mutated babies.
IF a dwarf is bred and it is male and you want them, I will buy a cub sex changer.
You may only have 1 cub sex changed.
(If cub sex changer wipes the mutation, do let me know.)

Payment can be accepted in studdings, muties, GB, SB, applicators, and so on so forth (XP items are VERY welcome!)
