For some background info, earlier today on my side account I ran into an encounter where when you "stalked" the baby animal, it eventually finds it's mom and says something like "You are relieved that you don't need to carry the weight of killing it" or something -
Anyways, I thought this was a pretty cute outcome, and it got me thinking...
What if when your lion is super good/evil there is a chance that you will fail the opposite type of karma choice?

For an example, lets take the lone cub encounter.
Say you are a super good lion, and decide one day to kill the cub instead. (Maybe you're having a bad day, who knows) There would then be a chance for a "failed" outcome saying something like "You try to kill the cub, but suddenly you look into it's big innocent eyes and can't bring yourself to continue." (no battle, no karma loss)

On the other hand, maybe you are a truly evil lion, but you are feeling kindly that day and decide to frolic. The response then might look like "You try to play with the cub, but it cries and runs away. Its mother gives you a dirty look as you leave." (no claiming, no karma boost)

I think this would a be a fun way to add more context/consequences for karma, and make it slightly more realistic. (Also who doesn't like fun encounter outcomes?)

The actual chance would depend on how good/evil your lion is.. maybe something like this?
+/- 1000 = 50%
1000-600 = 45%
599-350 = 20%
349-180 = 10%
between 180 and neutral = 1%
neutral zone = 0%
based on this guide
(This way it doesn't automatically limit everyone but you should definitely see an impact as you get more good/evil)

Pros:
Makes things more interesting/realistic
Your choices become more meaningful?
Could be helpful if you accidentally clicked the wrong option

Cons:
It might discourage some people from going too good/evil?
It would be harder to switch paths
Losing easy access to the resources of the other option

Hopefully I explained that alright haha...
Please let me now what you think! And feel free to offer more failed outcome examples :)
If you don't support I'd love to hear why if you're up for it

TLDR;
it should be hard for good lions to make evil choices or for evil lions to make good choices (not impossible, just harder)
