If you rollover and forget that lions ran, and you're busy with life or have other things going on, and are unable to check back for 7 days, you'll rollover and your lions are gone! I've had this happen to me numerous times and so have other players. It really isn't fair for these days to count outside of RO, as other mechanics don't count unless you RO. Most players don't even realize this as there is no warning. You expect the days to count IF you rollover, but they don't. I suggest to change this for the days to ONLY count if you DO ROLLOVER. |

I'm pretty sure this has been suggested in the past, and staff said it wasn't really possible because of the impact it would have in terms of the sheer number of extra lions that would have to be stored. It would be many thousands of lions sitting around for potentially months or years of no activity, often from players who aren't ever even coming back necessarily, so to be honest I can see why this particular feature is limited to real days fo practical purposes. But I would support making it even more clear that this is how it works, if there are additional places it could be mentioned - though it is already stated in FAQ sections and the wiki, including in the getting started guide. I'm not sure how it could be clearer for everyone, but maybe the tutorial could link directly on to the getting started guide to try and increase the number of people who do read that when they join the game..? 0 players like this post! Perhaps the lions would only stay for 3 ROs? Or only secured lions would stay for ROs and everything else would be real life days? 0 players like this post! Like? |

@Myriad (#76) I understand what you mean, and I think to combat that, there should be a max amount of inactive days until the lions are deleted. Like there is 7 days of RO and if the user isn't active for say, 3 months give or take, then the lions that ran away are deleted. For my experience, I rolled over and was planning on buying back my lions, but I was taken to a hospital for a medical emergency for over a week and no access to lioden. I come back and I lost months of work in lion format. It's very discouraging for new players too. 0 players like this post! Like? |
