By improving your impression level, the bar for that is under your energy bar, called IMP. It can be improved through exploring and selecting certain interactions, winning battles in explore or against other players in their territories, or by claiming wild lionesses.

You can also improve your Impression level by completing quests for the gorilla enclave, or Murphy the green snake in the crossroads.
