Making Sub Males More Useful
Add the ORIGINAL Grandpaw Ideas

-------

✪ Summary:

So you've got your heir to the throne. He's good looking, isn't he? Great marks, perfect base, and even has a good mane. Training is the natural next course of action for most who are working on their heirs, but there exists a rather frustrating problem with training: RNG vs HARD WORK.

The bulk of your king's stats depend entirely on a randomly generated result. On it's own, this is fair and helps keep things a bit more balanced. It gives everyone an even playing field. It serves its purpose.

However, ensuring you patrol your adol with a sub-male every single day accomplishes nothing. It's not rewarded. For everyone who's ever set an alarm to ensure their heir gets patrolled, you should know that the 80 or so percent you're filling up does nothing for the lion except allow you to actually have your randomly generated cub stats - which could have ALL been fails.

I find it a little disheartening that the part of your heir building that actually requires effort and being diligent - or spending game currency outright - is effectively worthless.

With Heritageless Groupies added to the game, this is now doubly a slap in the face. Heritageless Lionesses do not suffer in the same manner as Kings, due to the ease of stat-farming lionesses through hunts for the duration of their lives, and being able to squeeze at least a percentage of stats out of Adol Training would benefit Heritageless kings-in-training.

So let's discuss, shall we?

✪ What I Am Proposing:

[+] Make Adol Training USEFUL

Several days worth of effort in a row - or spent medlar fruit - should have a purpose, even if minor. Sure, a lion learns how to walk and hide and pounce and play as a cub, but as an adolescent, why are they being taken on patrols if it does nothing for them? What are they learning?

❱❱ Provide new balance to Adol Training and Cub Training boosts.

Cub Training boosts could stand to be lowered about 20% and Adol Training upped about 20% at 75% training completion. This would provide enough of a balance to ensure that you get SOMETHING out of training even if you can only get Adol Training in. An additional bonus (% TBA) could be tacked on after 100% completion.

If you don't support, I'd like to know why. I appreciate constructive criticism over a simple "no".
